Big Bamou - "I Want To Move To Kansas City Mama But I Won't Allow You"

Can you say that really fast three times in a row? Brian Casserly can. Check it out and go to the interview tag to hear where these guys come up with this stuff.

Alvin Jett - "Angel Sings The Blues"

This soulful performance of Alvin Jett's Blues Music Award winning song features Alvin on vocals with his Phat Noize band. http://www.phatnoiz.com/

Bugs Henderson Collection

Bugs Henderson was born in Palm Springs, California in 1943 and grew up in Tyler. At the age of six, he discovered his first love, the guitar. Bugs has the ability to give his audience a sense of true musical art, applying enormous control over his tone and coloration with his mixture of searing blues, jazz, swing and funk. http://www.bugshenderson.com/

Scottie Miller - Interview

Scottie Miller shares about his influences as a pianist, as a songwriter and tells about his vision as a musician and what that means to him. This phenomenal songwriter can be seen performing solo on the BBs channel and we hope to feature his band, "Scottie Miller and the Uptake Inhibitors" in a third season of "BBs Presents".

The Jim Byrnes Band - "Can't Keep From Cryin"

Performed Live at BBs in the spring of 2006, " Can't Keep From Crying" exempifies songwriter Jim Byrnes' grasp of the roots of the Blues as well as a rough edged but commanding understanding of the roots of gospel. Recognized by many as the award-winning actor, Jim is equally known as a staple of the St Louis Blues scene. See the interviews where Jim shares his experience and tells stories about growing up around the great performers in St Louis and East St Louis.

Bugs Henderson - "Look What Love Can Do"

This trademark song by  Bugs is performed live at BBs Jazz, Blues and Soups of St Louis in the spring of 2006. Henderson went from small clubs to playing on stage, opening for artists such as the Allman Brothers, B.B King, and Leon Russell.  Bugs and his love for blues got tired of the wide-open riff-oriented rock. Bugs has played with guitar icons such as B.B. King, Freddie King, Eric Clapton, Ted Nugent, Roy Buchanan, and James Burton. To this day, Bugs' guitar hangs in Hard Rock Cafe in Dallas.

Javier Mendoza - "Rococo"

Singer-songwriter, guitarist, storyteller. Singing in both English and Spanish, bringing his culture out in a pop-rock sort of way. A powerful voice and lyrics that effortlessly find their way of connection with the audience. Always turning heads, always full of energy, always the entertainer. http://www.javiermendoza.com/

Michael Burks Blues Band - "Talk Don't Bother Me"

Another smoking performance by Michael Buks and company, performed at BBs in December of 2007. "Talk Don't Bother Me" shows a side of MB's songwriting that tells of his roots in traditional R&B as well as blues. As always ,the foundations of Michaels songs are the true stories and experiences from his roots in rural Arkansas.
